Endolifted Laser
Endolift® is a minimally invasive laser treatment that works beneath the skin to improve firmness and contour the lower face, jawline and neck. A fine optical fibre delivers controlled heat to tighten tissue, stimulate new collagen and, where appropriate, reduce small localised fat deposits. Results develop gradually as collagen remodels over the following months.

How it works
Tightening and contouring from within
Endolift uses a 1470 nm laser delivered through a fine, single-use optical fibre placed beneath the skin. The energy interacts with water and fat, creating controlled heat in the selected tissue.
This works in three ways:
- Tissue tightening: Heat encourages contraction of loose connective tissue, helping improve firmness and definition.
- Targeted fat reduction: Where appropriate, treatment reduces small fat deposits contributing to fullness beneath the chin or around the lower face.
- Collagen renewal: The repair response stimulates new collagen, with improvements continuing over the following months.
Precision beneath the surface
Your clinician assesses skin laxity, fat distribution and existing facial volume before planning fibre placement and energy delivery. This includes identifying where fat reduction could help and where volume should be preserved.
The fibre is removed at the end of treatment. Your clinician will explain the anaesthetic or other comfort measures appropriate for your procedure.
What it treats
Early jowling & reduced jawline definition
Endolift may improve lower-face definition where loose skin and small fat deposits contribute to early jowling. The likely improvement depends on your anatomy and degree of laxity.
Under-chin fullness
Treatment can address selected small fat deposits beneath the chin while encouraging skin tightening. Larger deposits or significant excess skin may need a different approach.
Neck skin laxity
Endolift may improve firmness in suitable areas of loose neck skin. We assess skin quality and the underlying structures to determine what treatment can realistically achieve.
Selected areas of body laxity
Endolift can also be used in selected body areas, including the abdomen, upper arms, inner thighs and around the knees. We’ll discuss whether your area of concern is suitable and which treatments are available.
Sessions & results
How many sessions you’ll need
Endolift is often planned as one procedure followed by review. Further treatment is considered according to your response and the extent of improvement needed.
When results develop
Some early tightening may be noticeable, although swelling can temporarily affect the appearance. The result develops over the following months as collagen remodels and the treated tissue settles.
Allowing time for this process is important before assessing the outcome or deciding on further treatment.
Maintaining your results
Longevity varies with your skin, anatomy, lifestyle and ongoing ageing. Sun protection, appropriate skincare and stable weight support your broader treatment plan.
Maintenance is discussed after reviewing your response rather than automatically scheduled at a fixed interval.
Preparation & aftercare
Before your appointment
Tell us about your medical history, medications, supplements and previous procedures in the treatment area. We’ll explain any preparation needed and whether treatment should be postponed.
Do not stop prescribed medication without advice from the prescribing clinician.
What recovery looks like
Swelling, bruising, tenderness, redness or temporary changes in sensation may occur. These can affect how the area looks and feels while it recovers.
Recovery varies by treatment area and extent. We’ll explain what to expect so you can plan around work, exercise and important events.

Could Endolift suit you?
Mild to moderate skin laxity
You’ve noticed early jowling or reduced firmness around the lower face, jawline or neck.
Small localised fat deposits
Fullness beneath the chin or around the lower face is affecting definition.
A minimally invasive approach
You’re exploring a treatment that involves a fibre beneath the skin, with less extensive intervention than a surgical lift.
Realistic expectations
You’re looking for improvement in firmness and contour, understanding that Endolift cannot provide the same correction as surgery.
When another approach may suit you better
Significant excess skin, substantial fat deposits or concerns caused primarily by volume loss may need a different treatment. Medical history, active skin conditions and previous procedures also influence suitability.
Frequently asked questions
Is Endolift non-invasive?
It is minimally invasive. A fine optical fibre passes beneath the skin through small entry points, so it involves more than a treatment applied to the surface.
Is it the same as a facelift?
No. Endolift may improve selected areas of laxity and fullness, but it does not reposition tissue or remove excess skin in the way surgery does.
Does Endolift always reduce fat?
No. The approach depends on whether your concern is skin laxity, excess fat or both. We assess facial volume carefully before deciding whether fat reduction is appropriate.
Is it the same as liposuction?
No. Endolift can target selected small fat deposits without suction. Liposuction physically removes fat and may be more appropriate when greater volume reduction is needed.
Does treatment hurt?
You may feel warmth, pressure or discomfort. Sensitivity varies, and your clinician will explain the comfort measures planned for your treatment.
Is Endolift suitable for skin of colour?
It may be suitable across different skin tones, but individual assessment remains important. Pigment changes and other complications are still possible.
Can Endolift be combined with other treatments?
It may form part of a wider plan involving injectables or skin treatments. We recommend the sequence and spacing according to your concerns and recovery.
Are there any risks?
Risks include burns, infection, scarring, pigment changes, contour irregularities, unwanted fat loss and nerve injury or altered sensation. Your clinician will explain the risks relevant to your treatment area before you decide.
Bring your concern, not a treatment name.
Whether it’s early jowling, under-chin fullness or skin that feels less firm, tell us what you’d like to address. We’ll assess your anatomy and help you decide whether Endolift suits your goals.
